What changed everything for me, and what I now help other women realize, is that you don’t have to remain stuck. You can decide differently, lead with intention and live in alignment with who you truly are.

As a first-generation college graduate and a mom, I’ve moved through most of my life with a master plan. It was a clear vision, a strategy and a refusal to let my circumstances define what’s possible. That mindset shaped a 25+ year leadership career in world-renowned healthcare organizations, where I’ve led teams, built systems and developed future leaders. Still, DeeCodeHer Leadership is where I do my most meaningful work.

As a Certified Professional Coach and Imposter Syndrome Coach Practitioner, I specialize in helping women raise their awareness, challenge internalized doubt and redefine life and leadership on their terms. DeeCodeHer Leadership was born from a deep belief that when women recognize their power to choose, they unlock new paths for themselves.

Through my coaching, I combine strategic insight, evidence-based coaching tools and lived experience to help women move beyond what keeps them stuck, and into living and leading with intention because, once you recognize your power to choose, everything changes.
